Check out the fun from 2024’s Hispanic Heritage Celebration! This event included product samples from brands like Herdez, Mission, Cacique and more! Plus, there was face painting for the kids, live music from Mariachi El Rey and Duo Musical, an onsite DJ from El Zol 107.9, raffles and giveaways, and more!

Lemonade Yakult

Lemonade Yakult

Ingredients
  • 8 oz lemonade
  • 2 Yakult bottles
  • Lemon slices as garnish (optional)
Directions
  • Prepare lemon slices by washing lemon and slicing them.
  • In a serving glass, add in ice cubes, lemonade and Yakult.
  • Add lemon slices as garnish.
  • Mix and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • Ben’s Original Spanish Style or Whole Grain Brown Ready Rice
  • Ole EL Paso Taco Seasoning
  • Ole EL Paso Taco Shells
  • Desert Pepper Mild or Hot Salsa
  • Signature Select Pinto Beans
Directions
  • Cook Ben’s Original rice in microwave according to package.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add one can of drained pinto beans and 1/3 cup of water.
  • Add 1 heaping teaspoon of Old El Paso taco seasoning and mix thoroughly.
  • Combine with cooked rice.
  • Top with Desert Pepper Salsa.
  • Break taco shells and use to scoop beans and rice.
